Important Information
When purchasing a mobile phone from us we may automatically insure your handset:
All Pay Monthly phones purchased through our website or Sales Helpline from the 1st of July 2008 onwards are automatically covered by an insurance policy. This policy is free for the initial month of your contract and is then charged at £2.49, £5.99 or £7.99 as appropriate per calendar month. This policy can be cancelled at any time with no penalty applicable by contacting the insurance provider.
It is your responsibility to update Mobile Phone Supercover Ltd with the updated IMEI should you change your handset. The IMEI or serial number is normally a large numeric number under the battery in your phone.
Within 10 days of getting your phone you will receive the complete terms from the provider of the policy by post, including cancellation and claim information. Further information including the extent of the cover, information on the administrators and underwriters and your rights as they apply to this policy is available below.
