- Delivery
- How much does it cost to deliver?
- There is No cost to deliver all Pay monthly items all the time. It's true, no catches, its absolutely free delivery. If orders are acknowledged by us before 2pm they are usually dispatched the same day. Nevertheless we are unable to guarantee that you will receive the order the following day unless Royal Mail Special delivery is selected whilst ordering. Unfortunately delivery is not available on public holidays however we will endeavour to deliver the next working day.
- What is the lag time for delivery?
- • Subject to status, credit check and stock availability.
• We endeavour to deliver the NEXT working day.
• Orders identified earlier than 2pm are usually dispatched the same day however we cannot guarantee that you will receive the order the following day unless Royal Mail Special delivery is opted.
• Orders subject to further security and credit checks, your order may be delayed by up to 72 hours.
- Is the delivery of goods available to an alternative address?
- No, we can only deliver to the Debit / Credit card holder’s home address.
- Is international delivery possible?
- Yes international delivery is available; however it is applicable to accessory orders only.
- Is a signature required when the goods are being delivered?
- Yes the Royal Mail Special delivery must be signed for by the debit / credit card holder only.
- What happens if I miss the delivery?
- If you are not available to sign for the goods, you will find a Royal Mail card saying that we're holding an item for you. The parcel will be held at the local Royal Mail Depot for you to collect. All packages and parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to Phone City Direct.
Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local Post Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.
- Is there a delivery charge applicable on accessory orders?
- Yes. Please refer to the delivery charges listed above or the delivery charge on your cart.
- How can I track my order?
- What is the cost of delivery for my free gift?
- All free gifts are subject to a delivery charge of £6.95. Everyone of out hundreds of parcels we deliver each day is important to us as we know how important it is to you. We aim to handle all orders with great care and efficiency.
- Complete Delivery Terms
- Our complete delivery terms are providing :
• This is subject to status, credit check and stock availability.
• We endeavour to deliver the NEXT working day.
• Delivery cost on accessory orders is available on the cart and is normally NOT free.
• Online orders will be sent confirmation to the email address that you have provided. This shall clearly confirm your order receipt and status.Click here to use our order tracking facility.
• All handsets are couriered by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All deliveries will only be sent to the registered Debit / Credit card holder’s address between Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is normally at an additional charge.
• Delivery will be attempted sooner than 12am (even though this cannot be guaranteed). It must be signed for by the card holder.
• In the event that we decide to investigate your order, it may be subject to further security and credit checks. Please be aware that your order may be delayed by up to 72 hours, your cooperation is much appreciated.
• All purchases lawfully bind the buyer to sign for the delivery. The registered debit/credit cardholder must sign for the delivery; a breach of this condition can void your claim. In signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you inspect your item ahead of signing for it as our liability ends here.
• Carriage cost is not refundable in the event of failed delivery of goods or any other given reason. We reserve the right to charge for any carriage costs incurred to re-send goods. Postage cost will be reimbursed where applicable; this is at the sole discretion of Phone City Direct.
• Missing or delayed items will incur a 14 day lag time to be traced, replaced or refunded (lost items only).

• We aim to handle all our orders with the utmost care. Phone City Direct are sorry for any inconvenience caused by any short comings in delivery (although these procedures are set to protect genuine card holders).
