In this Privacy Policy reference to “we” and “us” are to New Ora Limited trading as Phone City Direct.

The information that we accumulate about you is an official requirement, it is a part of our compliance procedure and will be used legally in agreement with the Data Protection Act 1998.

As a sheer courtesy to pay monthly contract customers, we will advise you when your 12/18/24 month minimum contract expires. You may be contacted by post, phone, email, text or any other means that we regard as appropriate.

2. You can ask us not to send you future marketing communications at any time (however for legal and accounting purposes we are unable to withdraw your information from any other system).
