We endeavour to return your handset within 72 hours. 90% of all our repairs meet our scheduled service lag time however in the event that we are awaiting parts or additional software it may take a while longer for us to return your handset. Unfortunately we do not have any control over third party dispatch times and cannot offer a guaranteed return time. |
