There is a £7.50 minimum charge on all handsets that cannot be repaired, except for liquid damage which has a £10 minimum charge.
Liquid damage repairs are not covered by the repair warranty.
We offer a 2 month warranty on our repairs and refurbished handsets, only valid with the original repair receipt.
Whilst we make every effort to repair your handsets, Phone City Direct takes no responsibility for consequential damage caused to your handset whilst in our possession, including lost setting and telephone numbers- it is your responsibility to back them up- I confirm that I have taken my SIM and memory card before dispatching my handset.
After you, the customer, have been notified that your handset is ready for collection, there will be a 30 day period before the handset will be re-cycled for the parts. This applies for in store collections only.
This agreement is binding on any purchase or service with Phone City Direct. This document does not require signed authorisation by the Purchaser, the Purchaser is automatically bound by these terms and conditions with the issue of this receipt
