Address verification
In compliance with our security terms we may reserve a small amount of funds from your debit/credit card that shall be refunded in due coarse. The refund is normally processed the same day; it occasionally takes longer for the funds to be credited to your account as they are reserved.
Delivery Terms in short
Unfortunately our security terms limit us to only delivering to the billing address. We cannot deliver to any other destination other than your billing address. Royal Mail will leave a card if you are not available, allowing you to collect your phone from your local depot and simply reschedule a new delivery date.
